AXIZ – Adobe product lifecycle

AXIZ, Africa’s largest importer and retailer of hardware and software, is an Authorised Adobe re-seller.
They needed assistance with implementing and managing the Adobe software lifecycle which includes selling, license administration, and client onboarding.

Value-add proposition and responsibilities:
As the Service Design specialist and design lead on the project, my responsibilities included taking charge of designing an efficient servicing vessel, and delivering an efficient and user-friendly self-service platform.

Value added:
• Providing a tangible and consumable view of current processes and procedures, through service blueprints and value-add eco-systems.
• Led the design efforts on providing dev-ops with high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Providing internal maintenance teams with an implementation and maintenance roadmap.
