Standard Bank is looking to expand their focus and efforts in the agri sector, on a digital scale. Realizing innovation as the core to scalability, a Design Centre of Excellence (DCOE) was spun up, of which I was appointed as the orchestrator of.

Before any projects could be initiated, the human-centered design methodology and ways of working(WOW) had to be realized and implemented as a foundation for innovation. The orchestration of a designated innovation and design team was my first assignment. After the successful acceptance and embedding of a "Human-Centered Design" practice were accomplished, I was directed to start Service Design work on Standard Bank's biggest initiative; digitizing Africa's agricultural sector.
